Job summary

eMAX Health Systems is seeking a senior engineer to architect an AI-driven developer experience by building a multi-agent ecosystem. You will lead the design of agentic workflows that autonomously generate code, review, test, and analyze with rigorous static checks.

This is a high-autonomy role focused on turning ideas into production-ready tooling that reduces cycle times and supports engineers in focusing on architectural decisions.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience building and operating LLM-powered systems (agentic workflows, RAG pipelines, or production-grade AI tooling).
• Back-end or platform engineering background with an eye for secure, observable pipelines.
• Experience handling non-deterministic systems, feedback loops, and evaluation frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Define architecture and build first production versions of agentic workflows.
• Design multi-agent systems that autonomously handle code generation, testing, and review.
• Ground AI in CI/CD pipelines, providing RAG-driven context for high-quality code.
• Ship tools that engineers use daily, reducing cycle times and cognitive load.
