Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a senior AI/ML solutions engineer to design, build, and deploy autonomous AI agents across client systems. You will observe enterprise workflows, map data flows, and craft automation roadmaps prioritizing high-value processes.

You will integrate agents with ERP/CRM/ITSM, deploy in production, and lead change management across customer teams. You will collaborate with DoD-like environments, ensure governance through evaluation frameworks and HITL feedback, and travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred for senior advisory roles.
• Experience building production AI agent systems and multi-agent orchestration.
• Proven ability to deploy LLM-powered systems including evaluation and monitoring.
• Strong Python or TypeScript production coding experience.
• Experience integrating with ERP/CRM/ITSM and data sources.
• Ability to elicit requirements from customers and guide adoption of new tech.
• Knowledge of non-deterministic system evaluation, golden datasets, and HITL feedback.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% and hold a DoD-equivalent clearance if required.

Responsibilities

• Embed with client teams to observe workflows, data flows, and decision points.
• Produce operating maps and automation roadmaps prioritizing high-value workflows.
• Design and deploy AI agents across tools, APIs, and data sources.
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems without migrations.
• Develop evaluation frameworks, golden datasets, and regression tests.
• Scale agents from shadow mode to autonomous production use.
• Instrument audit trails, monitoring, and metrics to measure value.
• Drive adoption, train workforce, and redesign roles around supervision of automation.
• Codify learnings into playbooks and reusable components across engagements.
• Solve real-world Army enterprise challenges and define AI/ML strategy.
