Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in business-related field with a minimum 3.0 GPA.

• Able to analyze data and generate reports in Excel.
• Interest in sales, distribution management, and the insurance industry.
• Ability to craft effective prompts for AI tools like Copilot and understand AI ethics.
• Demonstrated S.T.A.R. customer service capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Participate in internship cohort activities and leadership sessions.
• Summarize and present capstone project achievements.
• Monitor and assist with shared mailboxes and distributor inquiries.
• Prepare and deliver insurance product quotes for distribution partners.
• Assist with sales incentive and recognition programs.
• Compile, analyze, and distribute production reports.
• Support debt management and commission-related activities.
• Maintain records related to sales and distribution operations.
• Assist with sales performance analysis and business opportunities.
• Collaborate to improve operational efficiency and sales support processes.
• Leverage AI technologies to streamline workflows and promote ethical use.
• Meet attendance and punctuality requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
