Job summary

Institute of Nuclear Power Operations (INPO) seeks a Client Engineer III (Digital Platforms) to design, develop, deploy, and support AI-powered agents, workflows, and integrations across Microsoft 365, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform. You will collaborate with stakeholders to deliver technology-enabled improvements that boost productivity and employee experience.

Role requires governance, security, and enterprise-wide enablement expertise, with focus on scalable solutions and cross-functional

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Bachelor's degree in IT, CS or related field preferred.
Microsoft AI or Copilot certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

Designs, develops, deploys, and supports AI-powered agents, workflows, apps, automations, and integrations using Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform.
Partners with stakeholders to gather requirements, drive technology-enabled improvements and outcomes.
Provides guidance on AI adoption, governance, and secure citizen development.
Establishes best practices for design, architecture, integrations, security, and administration.
Develops documentation, training materials, and enablement resources; supports adoption and change management.
Explores emerging technologies and pilots innovative solutions aligned with business goals.
Collaborates across IT and business units to drive digital enablement and continuous improvement.
Performs other duties as assigned.
