You will architect AI agents and automated workflows to support content ideation, ad optimization, and customer journey automation while maintaining a human voice.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in digital marketing across paid, social, email, and SEO/SEM.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads, with results tied to sales or bookings.
• Experience with AI-powered advertising, including AI-generated/testing ad creative and emerging ad placements.
• Experience creating AI agents, designing their instructions, connecting them to data and tools, and implementing real workflows.
• Familiarity with GA4, ticketing/e-commerce conversion data, and reporting dashboards.
• Willingness to experiment with new tools, APIs, and integrations.
• Strong organization across complex schedules, exhibition rollouts, and stakeholders.
• A strong visual and editorial eye, with clear writing.
• Genuine interest in digital art, immersive experiences, and emerging media.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute 360° digital campaigns across email, social, content, website, paid media, and search to grow audiences and ticket sales.
• Define strategy for each social platform (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn).
• Plan content around exhibitions and events to grow local audiences and manage community engagement.
• Build and run influencer/creator program: sourcing, outreach, contracts, disclosures, tracking.
