Reporting to the Head of Transformation, you will translate real-world challenges into scalable digital initiatives spanning engineering, manufacturing and support functions. The role emphasizes bridging business and technical teams, delivering data-driven outcomes, and shaping the digital

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering, computer science, information systems or related field.
3 years of experience leading digital, innovation or transformation initiatives in a complex industrial setting.
Knowledge of IT and Digital Technologies and their potential business benefits.
Ability to work autonomously, stay organized and communicate achievements clearly.
Strong reporting and presentation skills suitable for executive briefings.
Familiarity with Google Suite.

Responsibilities

Define and scope operational needs for digital initiatives.
Coordinate with business and digital partners on solution definition, setup, planning and business case.
Lead planning and execution of digital innovation projects.
Manage schedules and budgets to deliver on time and on budget with high quality.
Ensure deployment of analytics and AI use cases with the digital team.

Establish metrics and reporting for data-driven decisions and continuous improvement.
