Job summary

Broadcast Management Group in the Washington, D.C. area is seeking a Digital Content Producer to create SEO-optimized content that drives organic traffic and generates leads for BMG.

You will work with the Content & Social Media Strategist and Senior Designer, using AI to accelerate production from ideation through optimization, with a focus on storytelling, research, and quality control. Your content will support demand targets: 100K+ monthly blog traffic and 200+ leads attributed to content

Qualifications

• 3+ years of content writing/marketing experience.
• Ability to write for multiple formats (blog, case study, whitepaper, email).
• SEO knowledge and analytics tools experience.
• Daily Claude/AI usage to accelerate work.
• Strong research and interviewing skills.
• Portfolio of published content.

Responsibilities

• Content Creation (60%): Write 8–12 long-form pieces monthly; use AI for drafts and SEO-optimised editing.
• Content Repurposing: Adapt content into formats like blog, infographic, social post, email.
• AI-Leveraged Production: Use Claude to draft outlines and synthesize research.
• Performance & Optimization: Track traffic, leads, engagement; report monthly; A/B test headlines/CTAs.
