Job summary

Broadcast Management Group is seeking a Digital Content Producer in Washington, DC to craft SEO‑driven content that boosts organic traffic and generates leads. You’ll partner with our Content & Social Media Strategist and Senior Designer on editorial strategy and visual execution.

You’ll own blog posts, case studies, webinars, e‑books and white papers across key segments, using AI to accelerate ideation, research and optimization while preserving storytelling quality and brand voice.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of content writing/marketing experience.
• Ability to write for blog, case study, whitepaper, and email.
• Strong SEO knowledge and analytics experience.
• Daily use of AI tools to accelerate work.
• Strong research and interviewing skills.
• Published content portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Create 8–12 long-form pieces monthly (blog posts, case studies, etc.).
• Repurpose content into blog, infographic, social posts, and email.
• Leverage AI to draft outlines, generate first drafts, and optimize messaging.
• Track performance: traffic, leads, engagement; report monthly.
