Job summary

Deque Systems, Inc. seeks a Technical Product Marketing Manager to own go-to-market for its Axe DevTools portfolio, with a strong emphasis on AI features.

You will work closely with product management, engineering, and sales to craft positioning, messaging, and launches that resonate with developers and manager-level buyers. The role is hands-on, requiring demos, technical collateral, and ROI-focused content.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product marketing and technical marketing experience
• Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Demonstrated experience marketing to developers and developer managers
• Proven ability to build and deliver your own demos, webinars, videos, collateral, and ROI/assets
• Embedded in the AI ecosystem with hands-on tools like Claude, Copilot, Cursor
• Active experimentation with AI and eagerness to build AI-related skills
• Startup mindset with curiosity and adaptability
• Background in product management or software development
• Experience at a software testing or development company with developer focus
• Some experience with accessibility testing tools or the accessibility space

Responsibilities

• Own the Axe DevTools GTM with a strong focus on its AI features.
• Demo and evangelize the product through technical demos, videos, webinars, and live sessions.
• Develop personas and voice of the customer across developers, developer-managers, and accessibility-leaders.
• Lead launches with messaging, content, and project management for new releases and AI capabilities.
• Plan campaigns and create content assets for the buyer journey (ebooks, blogs, whitepapers, web content, webinars).
• Track AI impact on SDLC and translate into messaging and positioning.
• Develop competitive marketing content for Axe DevTools and inform product and sales teams.
• Collaborate with sales to win/loss analysis and translate insights into GTM improvements.
• Create battlecards, collateral, use cases, customer studies, and ROI assets for deals.
• Develop partner and field sales assets for channel/partner marketing.
