Job summary

The Trade Desk is seeking a seasoned Product Manager to drive developer experience and AI tooling for our engineering platform. You will lead cross-functional teams, shape the DX roadmap, and partner with engineering to deliver high-impact software projects.

You will advance AI-enabled developer workflows, optimize the SDLC tooling, and translate internal needs into scalable platform capabilities that empower engineers worldwide.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Product Management in enterprise software with developer tools and release cycles.
• Deep understanding of AI in the developer lifecycle including AI IDE plugins and CLI tools.
• Experience deriving long-term strategies from internal customers.
• Proven track record delivering large software projects with measurable outcomes.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with engineering teams to solve complex problems.
• Excellent communication to lead technical discussions and convey timelines, risks, and trade-offs.

Responsibilities

• Own the SDLC tooling and processes from onboarding to deployment and A/B testing.
• Define the DX strategy and roadmap including local dev environment, checkout/build/merge, code reviews, and cross-team stewardship.
• Develop the AI strategy and tools to improve engineer efficiency and focus on core development work.
• Collaborate with engineering, product and stakeholders to establish metrics and drive data-driven decisions.
