Job summary

NTT DATA seeks a Senior AI Ops/DevOps Engineer to design and manage AI-driven CI/CD and cloud operations in a hybrid Atlanta setting. You will integrate LLM agents, model context protocols, and secure workflows across AWS/Azure/GCP, Kubernetes, and IaC tools.

Lead automation, observability, and incident response while collaborating with diverse teams. The role emphasizes secure AI-enabled delivery, governance, and production reliability, with compensation reflecting market SRE/DevOps standards

Qualifications

• 7+ years in DevOps, Cloud/SRE or similar roles.
• 4+ years building CI/CD pipelines with modern tools.
• 3+ years managing scalable cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Strong Kubernetes, Docker and production orchestration experience.
• Proficient with IaC tools like Terraform/OpenTofu/Terragrunt, Pulumi or Crossplane.
• Programming/scripting in Python/TypeScript/JavaScript/Bash/Go.
• Experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic) and enterprise AI platforms.
• Familiar with MCP/LangChain/LlamaIndex and AI orchestration frameworks.
• Security, compliance, and DevSecOps practices across pipelines.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex multi-cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Architect and manage AI-driven CI/CD and cloud operations ecosystems.
• Integrate LLM agents into developer workflows for automated code review and security checks.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, CircleCI, ArgoCD, Jenkins.
• Develop MCP servers for exposing logs, metrics, and tools to AI agents.
• Implement ChatOps 2.0 for secure, conversational deployment controls.
• Create safe, autonomous remediation workflows and infrastructure as code guardrails.
• Collaborate with engineering, security, platform, and data/AI teams to drive automation.
• Develop reusable automation frameworks, runbooks, dashboards, and enablement materials.
