NTT DATA Services in Atlanta, GA seeks a Senior AI Ops / DevOps Engineer (Hybrid) to architect and manage AI-driven CI/CD and cloud operations. You will integrate LLM agents, Model Context Protocol, and secure automation across AWS/Azure/GCP and Kubernetes platforms.

The role emphasizes building reusable automation, ensuring security, and delivering scalable, reliable software delivery ecosystems with strong governance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in DevOps, Cloud/SRE, Platform Engineering, or Infrastructure Automation.
• 4+ years designing and managing CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, CircleCI, Jenkins, ArgoCD, or similar.
• 3+ years managing scalable cloud environments in AWS, Azure, or GCP, with strong preference for AWS.
• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and production container orchestration (EKS/AKS/GKE).
• Advanced proficiency with IaC tools such as Terraform, OpenTofu, Terragrunt, Pulumi, CloudFormation, or Crossplane.
• Practical experience with LLM APIs such as OpenAI or Anthropic for enterprise AI.
• Experience with AI orchestration or agentic frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, LlamaIndex).
• Knowledge of MCP ecosystem and MCP client/server design or integration.
• DevSecOps integration experience (SAST/DAST, secret scanning, dependency checks, container scanning).
• Secret management and security tooling (HashiCorp Vault, AWS Secrets Manager, Azure Key Vault).
• Observability tooling experience (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, Splunk, Dynatrace, ELK).
• Familiarity with SOC2/ISO27001 or enterprise audit controls.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex CI/CD and infrastructure issues across cloud-native environments.

Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and manage AI-enabled CI/CD pipelines to boost productivity and release reliability.
• Design and deploy MCP clients/servers to securely connect enterprise LLMs with tools and observability.
• Integrate LLM agents into developer workflows for automated code review, vulnerability detection, and test generation.
• Build robust CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, CircleCI, ArgoCD, Jenkins.
• Implement ChatOps 2.0 for secure conversational control of pipelines and environments.
• Create autonomous remediation workflows for log analysis and incident triage.
• Build guardrails to safely execute IaC via Terraform, OpenTofu, Terragrunt, Pulumi, Crossplane.
• Manage containerized workloads with Docker and Kubernetes platforms (EKS, AKS, GKE).
• Integrate AI-driven observability with Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, Splunk, Dynatrace, ELK.
• Apply IAM, least privilege, approvals, audit logging, and rollback controls for safety.
