Job summary

Nasdaq, Inc. seeks a Lead DevOps Engineer to design and operate AI-driven automation platforms, intelligent agents, and orchestration frameworks that support mission-critical systems and engineering workflows.

You will build Python services, integrate with internal platforms including APIs, ITSM, CI/CD pipelines, and observability tools, and advance reliability through agentic automation with a global team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, operate, and continuously improve AI agents that automate workflows.
• Develop agent orchestration frameworks with LLMs and tool integrations.
• Build automation pipelines combining AI reasoning with deterministic systems.
• Design Python-based services integrating with APIs, ITSM, CI/CD, and observability tools.
• Evolve CI/CD pipelines for AI-enabled services and automation platforms.
• Escalate AI and automation issues and improve reliability through agentic automation.
• Document architectures, research emerging AI technologies, and develop PoCs.
