Job summary

NTT DATA North America in Atlanta, GA seeks a Senior AI Ops / DevOps Engineer to architect and manage AI-enabled CI/CD pipelines and MCP client/server deployments. You will enable secure LLM-driven automation across logs, metrics, and infrastructure, partnering with software engineering, DevOps, SRE, and security teams.

The role emphasizes hands-on development in Python/TypeScript/JavaScript, Terraform/OpenTofu, and Kubernetes, with a focus on reliability, observability, and governance in cloud

Qualifications

• 7+ years in DevOps, cloud engineering, SRE, or platform engineering.
• 4+ years designing and managing CI/CD pipelines with major tools.
• 3+ years managing scalable AWS/Azure/GCP environments, AWS preferred.
• Hands-on Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration (EKS/AKS/GKE).
• Infrastructure as Code with Terraform/OpenTofu/Terragrunt/Pulumi/Crossplane.
• Programming/scripting in Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, Bash or Go.
• Experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI/Anthropic) and AI tooling.
• Experience with LangChain and MCP/Gateway-like integrations.
• Security and compliance focus; SAST/DAST, secret management, and audit readiness.

Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and manage AI-enabled CI/CD pipelines to boost productivity and release speed.
• Design and deploy MCP clients/servers to connect enterprise LLMs with tools and cloud infra.
• Develop MCP servers in Python/TypeScript/Node.js to expose logs and metrics.
• Integrate LLM agents into developer workflows for automated code review and testing.
• Implement CI/CD with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, CircleCI, ArgoCD, Jenkins.
• Create safe autonomous remediation workflows for incidents and IaC execution.
