Job summary

NTT DATA seeks a senior hands-on DevOps/AI Ops engineer in Atlanta to lead AI-enabled delivery across cloud native stacks. You will architect CI/CD pipelines, design MCP clients/servers, and integrate with LLMs and enterprise tools to accelerate software delivery with strong governance.

The role requires expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, IaC, and AI tooling, with collaboration across software engineering, DevOps, SRE, security, and data/AI teams. 3 days in office per week expected.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in DevOps, Cloud, SRE, or Infrastructure Automation.
• 4+ years designing and managing CI/CD pipelines with major tools.
• 3+ years managing scalable AWS/Azure/GCP environments with AWS preferred.
• Hands-on Kubernetes and Docker in production.

Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and manage AI-enabled CI/CD pipelines to boost productivity and release reliability.
• Design and deploy MCP clients/servers to securely connect enterprise LLMs with tools and infra.
• Develop MCP servers using Python/TypeScript/JS to expose logs and metrics to AI agents.
• Integrate LLM agents into developer workflows for automated code review and deployment guidance.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, CircleCI, ArgoCD, Jenkins.
• Implement ChatOps 2.0 to interact with pipelines and cloud environments via secure interfaces.
• Create safe automation and guardrails for IaC with Terraform/OpenTofu/Crossplane/Pulumi.
• Manage container workloads with Kubernetes platforms on AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Integrate observability with Datadog/Prometheus/Grafana/CloudWatch/ELK.
• Enforce AI safety controls: RBAC, least privilege, approvals, audit logs, rollback.
