Qualifications

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of design or architecture experience (patterns, reliability, scaling).
• 1+ years of software development engineer or related experience.
• 1+ years of designing large-scale, multi-tiered distributed software applications.

Responsibilities

• Shape the technical direction and architecture of the DevOps Agent service.
• Work with customers to uncover real-world development challenges and translate into product capabilities.
• Define all aspects of the service, including how the agent investigates and resolves incidents and learns from them.
