• Bachelor's degree in CS/design or related field with 5+ years of experience.
• Experience with AI-driven design systems and frontend development.

Responsibilities

• Use AI tools to accelerate component generation, document workflows, create interactive prototypes, and hand off to engineering.
• Lead the development of design tokens, reusable components, UI patterns, and architecture for cross‑platform consistency.
• Partner with designers, engineers, and product teams to understand requirements and streamline workflows.
• Research and contribute to frontend implementations of complex UI patterns and production-ready solutions.
• Drive design system adoption, create Figma plugins, and improve designer/developer efficiency.
• Document tokens and components; host workshops on AI capabilities and scalable contribution processes.
