Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking an experienced specialist to build and evolve an AI-powered design system across Mint Mobile and Ultra Mobile ecosystems. You will develop tokens, reusable components, and UI patterns, collaborating with designers, engineers, and product partners to ensure cohesive, scalable experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Web Dev, or Software Eng with 5 years of related work exp or advanced degree with 3 years of related exp.
• 4-7 years related exp in Interaction Design or Front-End development for ecommerce sites and native apps.

Responsibilities

• Use AI tools to accelerate component generation, documentation, workflows, and prototypes; deliver production-ready components.
• Lead design tokens, reusable components, UI patterns, and architecture to ensure cross-platform consistency.
• Partner with designers, engineers, and design system teams to understand requirements and streamline collaboration.
• Research and build front-end implementations of complex UI patterns and reproduce prototypes as production components.
• Drive design system adoption, governance, and contribution workflows; develop Figma plugins and processes to boost efficiency.
• Create technical docs for tokens and components; host workshops on AI-enabled design and scalable contribution workflows.
