Job summary

Logitech is seeking a Demand Planner in San Jose, CA, operating in a hybrid model. You will own demand for a product category, manage forecasts at Sell-In and Sell-Thru levels, and partner with marketing, finance, and supply chain to enable category success.

You will use analytical tools, build SKU-level plans, monitor inventory, present plans and risks, and drive continuous improvement in forecasting processes. Requires 4–7 years in planning with strong analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 4–7 years of demand planning, forecasting, or analytics experience.
• Experience in consumer electronics, FMCG, or CPG is preferred.
• Strong analytical capabilities using advanced analytics and optimization techniques (Excel, SQL, Tableau); planning systems experience is a plus.
• Experience with AI-enabled forecasting and S&OP processes; scenario planning is beneficial.
• Ability to participate in S&OP processes and influence decisions.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and facilitation skills.
• Demonstrated ownership, leadership, and proactive attitude.
• Ability to make decisions with incomplete information and drive action.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and incorporate demand signals, channel data, and replenishment triggers into product-level plans for up to 18 months in North America.
• Translate category supply chain strategy into actionable demand and supply planning activities.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across marketing, finance, sales, and supply chain.
• Prepare and present demand plans, scenario analyses, performance, and inventory status to stakeholders, highlighting risks and opportunities.
• Maintain SKU-level demand plans using analytics, BI and AI-enabled tools where applicable.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate corrective actions to avoid shortages or excess stock.
• Provide regular performance summaries with root-cause analyses and corrective actions.
• Manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly demand planning activities and contribute to S&OP inputs.
• Support product lifecycle planning from NPI to EOL to ensure availability and target inventories.
• Drive development of processes and tools for forecasting and planning.
