Logitech is seeking a Demand Planner in the United States to own category demand forecasting and S&OP inputs. You will manage the 18-month horizon, translate insights into actionable plans, and work with marketing, finance, and supply chain to ensure supply-aligned demand.

The role emphasizes AI-enabled forecasting, data analytics, and building strong stakeholder relationships while driving continuous improvement across planning processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 4-7 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or analytics.
• Experience in consumer electronics, FMCG, or CPG preferred.
• Strong analytical abilities with advanced analytics and optimization techniques.
• Experience with AI-enabled forecasting and planning tools.
• Experience participating in S&OP processes.
• Strong decision-making under uncertainty.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Self-motivated with initiative.

Responsibilities

• Own demand planning for a product category for up to 18 months in North America.
• Translate category supply chain strategy into demand and supply planning activities.
• Build and maintain SKU-level demand plans using analytical tools and AI planning where applicable.
• Prepare demand plans, scenario analyses, and inventory status for stakeholders.
• Monitor inventory and take corrective actions to avoid shortages or excess stock.
• Lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly demand planning activities.
• Support S&OP inputs for the category.
• Drive processes and tools development for forecasting and planning.
