Job summary

Logitech is seeking a Global Gaming Supply Chain Lead to drive S&OP, capacity planning and inventory strategies for the Gaming category. You will collaborate with regions, product groups, factories and suppliers to meet service levels while controlling costs.

Strong background in planning tools (Excel/MRP), ERP systems (Oracle/SAP), Kinaxis, Tableau, SQL, and cloud data platforms (AWS/Snowflake) is required. This hybrid role is based in San Jose, CA with onsite 2–3 days weekly.

Qualifications

• Experience in S&OP processes and consumer retail products.
• Ability to analyze trade-offs between inventory, air freight, capacity, etc., and make informed decisions.

Responsibilities

• Create weekly finished goods MPS plans supporting Gaming.
• Own the WW Capacity Review process for Gaming.
• Lead Global Gaming S&OP.
• Manage component buffers to respond to demand changes.
• Drive resolution of weekly exceptions for rapid decision making.
• Apply advanced analytics to inventory planning parameters and policies.
• Inventory projection and analysis.
• Develop allocations plans to optimize constrained availability.
• Develop and refine tools for ongoing business support.
• Participate in continuous improvement.
• Develop and lead the global Gaming planning team.
