Job summary

Arcesium LLC in Columbus, Ohio seeks a seasoned Demand Generation Manager to design and drive campaigns that fuel our pipeline. You will orchestrate emails, nurture programs, and marketing automation efforts, partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Product Marketing to deliver measurable results.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in demand generation, strong HubSpot experience, and proven ability to apply AI-driven agents or automations to improve campaign execution, personalization, and reporting.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in demand generation, with leadership on email campaigns.
• Hands-on experience building campaigns in a marketing automation platform (HubSpot preferred).
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
• Knowledge of email deliverability, list health, A/B and multivariate testing, and analytics.
• Experience with LinkedIn and B2B social strategies, collaborating with sales teams.
• Demonstrated use of AI to improve marketing efficiency and campaign workflows.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end demand generation campaigns, including emails and nurture programs.
• Serve as project manager for campaigns, managing workflow and priorities across stakeholders.
• Manage and execute the social media plan, including LinkedIn strategy and content planning.
• Apply best practices in testing to continually improve results across channels.
• Measure campaign performance and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Identify and build AI into processes to enhance campaign quality, personalization, and reporting.
