Job summary

LinkSquares, a Boston-based AI-powered CLM SaaS leader, seeks a Sr. Director of Demand Generation & Field Marketing to architect and accelerate the new business funnel across target markets.

You will evolve an AI-first demand generation engine, identifying opportunities to improve audience identification, campaign development, and personalization to deliver exceptional business outcomes. You will lead cross-functional teams, partnering with Marcom, Product Marketing, Sales, SDR, and Revenue

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in demand generation for B2B SaaS.
• Experience leading multi-channel programs.
• Strong understanding of GTM, ICP, personas.
• Proficient with HubSpot, Salesforce, Excel, Google Workspace.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead global demand generation strategy aligned to GTM priorities.
• Manage a portfolio of new-logo campaigns to build awareness and pipeline.
• Oversee integrated demand generation plans with Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales, SDR, and Revenue Ops.
• Build AI and agentic capabilities into the demand generation operating model.
• Partner with Sales/SDR leadership to improve prospect research, prioritization, and follow-up.
• Communicate program strategy and performance in quarterly business reviews.
