Job summary

Evinova is seeking a software engineer to build and maintain Study Designer, a product that helps clinical teams design, plan, optimize and execute trials. You’ll own features end-to-end, from design to deployment, with production ownership and a focus on reliability.

The role involves collaborating with product, design, and domain experts, reviewing code, and improving development processes. Expect a fast-moving environment with AI-powered tooling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on software development experience, with a track record of shipping production systems.
• History of working across the stack, not deep in one layer.
• Comfortable in fast-moving environments where requirements and technology are evolving.

Responsibilities

• Develop and ship features across the full stack — frontend, backend, infrastructure.
• Collaborate directly with product, design, and domain experts to turn requirements into good software.
• Participate in code review with constructive feedback.
• Contribute to how the team works: surfacing problems early, improving processes, raising the quality bar.
