Job summary

Improvado, a leading AI-powered marketing data platform, seeks a Senior Product Owner/Analyst to own complex client data transformations and automate analytics workflows. You will write data transformation logic, build AI-powered automation, and solve technical problems with deep SQL skills and applied AI.

You will collaborate with Product, BI, and CSM teams on architecture decisions, with a focus on marketing data optimization and client outcomes, while aligning with US ET hours.

Qualifications

• Experience applying AI tools to automate analytics or data workflows.
• Product ownership or product management experience delivering end-to-end problems.
• Experience building and scaling an AI agent and ensuring reliability.
• Strong SQL skills; dbt or similar tooling preferred.
• Hands-on ETL/ELT pipeline experience (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, or ClickHouse).
• Marketing or revenue data domain experience.
• Availability to work full US Eastern Time (ET) hours; fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Drive the product roadmap and end-to-end delivery on complex client implementations.
• Partner with engineering to design, prioritize, and ship new features.
• Focus on marketing data optimization to drive client results.
• Build and maintain automated analytics workflows using AI tools and the modern data stack.
• Troubleshoot production data pipelines and client-facing escalations.
• Identify opportunities to replace manual processes with AI-driven solutions.
• Collaborate with Product, BI, and CSM/TCS teams on architecture and data requirements.
• Contribute to SOPs and documentation for transformation processes.
