Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Product Owner to translate complex AI and data challenges into intuitive software. You will work with engineering, data, and business teams to shape product strategy and deliver high-impact releases.

You will define goals and KPIs, prioritize features, and turn ambiguity into executable plans. The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, customer insights, and rapid iteration in a fast-moving environment; remote-friendly, highly collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role.
• Experience owning a live software product.
• Strong product judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using KPIs, usage data, and customer insights.
• Strong written communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own the product lifecycle from discovery and scoping through launch and iteration.
• Define product goals, KPIs, adoption metrics, and outcomes.
• Prioritize features based on user needs, business impact, and technical constraints.
• Turn ambiguous problems into focused, executable releases.
• Use customer feedback and product data to improve the product.
• Partner closely with engineering and cross-functional teams.
• Move quickly while maintaining a high standard of product quality.
