Disney Cruise Line - The Walt Disney Company is seeking a Lead Product Manager to own the data- and AI-enabled value initiatives across the enterprise. You will translate business problems into measurable outcomes and lead cross-functional teams including Product, Data, Architecture, Engineering, and Business stakeholders.

You will partner with Finance, Analytics, and business leaders to define success metrics, prioritize use cases, and drive value realization from discovery through production.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management, analytics, data, or technology.
• Experience owning product strategy for cross-functional initiatives.
• Ability to translate business problems into measurable outcomes.
• Experience with enterprise data platforms and AI-enabled solutions.
• Influence without authority in matrixed teams.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and delivery for data- and AI-enabled value use cases.
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize new AI and analytics use cases.
• Translate business problems into clear product outcomes, requirements, and roadmaps.
• Define success metrics with business leaders and analytics teams.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Data Platform, and Engineering.
• Drive delivery across cross-functional teams from concept to production.
• Maintain a prioritized backlog of data and AI initiatives.
• Communicate product vision and progress to stakeholders.
• Monitor outcomes post-launch and identify optimization opportunities.
