Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role such as solutions engineering, integration or implementation consulting, data engineering, or technical consulting.

Responsibilities

• Data integration and ingestion: implement standard extractors and troubleshoot extractors in customer landscapes (SAP ECC/S/4HANA, JDBC, Salesforce, ServiceNow).
• Build custom API connectors with Extractor Builder for REST or SOAP APIs, handle OAuth 2.0, API keys, certificates.
• Enable push-based ingestion: design scripts and pipelines (Python) that push data to the Celonis Data Ingestion API, advise on formats and scheduling.
• Connect to the lakehouse: set up zero-copy data sharing with Databricks or Fabric, including Delta Sharing and access controls.
• Close the loop with writebacks: configure Action Flows and integration patterns that write back to customer systems.
• Connect Celonis to AI: link to LLMs and AI agents via MCP, including auth and governance.
• Own authentication: configure SSO (SAML, OIDC) with Entra ID, Okta, Ping; set up SCIM provisioning.
• Be the security translator: assist with security reviews, data minimization, pseudonymization, least-privilege access.
• Scope with confidence: document architectures, requirements, and estimate effort for projects.
• Voice of the field: escalate product gaps and share feedback to shape roadmap.
• Build reusable assets: scripts, runbooks, templates for cross-customer use.
