- Design and build custom API connectors using Celonis Extractor Builder for REST and SOAP-based source systems, handling authentication, pagination, rate limits, and incremental loads
- Develop and advise on Python-based scripts and pipelines for push-based data ingestion via the Data Ingestion API
- Configure Action Flows and integration patterns that write insights back to customer systems such as SAP, Salesforce, and ticketing tools
- Set up SSO (SAML, OIDC) and SCIM-based provisioning with identity providers including Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, and Ping Identity
- Run technical discovery sessions, document integration architectures, estimate project effort, and serve as the voice of field feedback to the product team
- Create and maintain reusable connector templates, scripts, runbooks, and best-practice documentation
What You Need
- 2-5 years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role such as solutions engineering, integration consulting, data engineering, or technical consulting
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs and common authentication patterns including OAuth 2.0, API keys, and tokens; proficiency with tools like Postman
- Solid programming skills in Python or similar language, and strong SQL expertise
- Working knowledge of data pipelines and ETL/ELT concepts including incremental loads, scheduling, and large data volume handling
- Familiarity with identity and access management concepts such as SSO (SAML/OIDC) and SCIM provisioning
- Basic understanding of networking and security fundamentals including TLS, certificates, proxies, firewalls, and VPNs
- Ability to explain technical topics clearly to both engineers and business stakeholders and manage workstreams across multiple customer projects
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
Nice to Have
