Job summary

Celonis in the United States seeks an Architect to design transformative solution architectures for prospects and customers, presenting to C-level executives and translating strategic goals into actionable technical plans.

You will collaborate with sales, value engineering, product management, data ops and security to drive modernization using capabilities like Agentic AI, with a focus on new deals and expanding existing relationships.

Qualifications

• 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in software or enterprise architecture.
• Proven ability to translate strategic goals into actionable technical plans.
• Strong background in data architecture and integrations patterns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Experience presenting to C-level executives.
• Experience with cloud-native SaaS architectures and API ecosystems.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• MSc in Computer Science or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and define the overall architecture, data and cloud strategy for our largest client accounts.
• Confidently engage with customers at C-level on their strategic objectives with Celonis' technical strategy.
• Drive innovation by identifying and architecting solutions leveraging emergent technologies, including Agentic AI.
• Be the bridge between product & engineering teams and client teams for best technical services.
• Assess our customer installed base IT landscape maturity for the region.
• Participate in pre-Sales and post-Sales phases, engaging with customer Architecture and security teams.
• Coach and guide Celonis consulting teams and ecosystem partners on technical implementation issues.
• Develop reusable assets for consulting teams on projects.
• Develop customer facing papers and thought leadership presentations on architecture and innovation with Celonis.
• Creation of technical designs and presentations for internal and client stakeholders.
