Job summary

Celonis is seeking a Solutions Architect to ensure data ingestion into the Celonis Platform is reliable, secure, and scalable. You will deploy extractors, create custom API connectors, and enable push-based ingestion while connecting Celonis to customer lakehouses and LLMs.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in a technical, customer-facing role such as solutions engineering, integration or implementation consulting, data engineering, or technical consulting.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs and common authentication patterns (OAuth 2.0, API keys, tokens); comfort using Postman to explore and test APIs.
• Solid programming skills in Python and strong SQL skills.
• Working knowledge of data pipelines and ETL/ELT concepts, including incremental loads, scheduling, and handling large data volumes.

Responsibilities

• Implement standard extractors and integrations including SAP, JDBC databases, and cloud apps like Salesforce and ServiceNow.
• Build custom API connectors with Celonis Extractor Builder; manage authentication, pagination, rate limits, and incremental loads.
• Enable push-based ingestion with Python scripts and the Data Ingestion API; advise on file formats and error handling.
• Connect Celonis to customer lakehouses and LLMs; configure data sharing, Delta Sharing, and writebacks.
