Job summary

Wing Assistant seeks a driven Customer Success & Product Manager to bridge customer success, product, and solutions engineering. You will work with customers to understand workflows, translate feedback into product requirements, and build AI-powered demos and integrations.

Ideal candidates are highly ownership-driven, meticulous, technically curious, and comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
• 2+ years in customer success, account management, solutions consulting, product management, SaaS implementation, or similar customer-facing role.
• Experience with SaaS or technology products in fast-growing environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication with customers and technical teams.
• Owns customer issues from start to finish with follow-through.
• Highly organized with strong follow-up and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries quickly and professionally, removing onboarding blockers.
• Own customer requests from inquiry to resolution with clear communication.
• Build relationships and understand customers’ businesses, workflows, goals and pain points.
• Identify opportunities to improve adoption, engagement and satisfaction.
• Help customers maximize platform capabilities and potential upsell opportunities.
• Become expert in Central products and configure workflows for customers.
• Troubleshoot implementations via configuration, workflow changes, or product enhancements.
• Create proof-of-concepts, demos, and customized solutions.
• Translate customer needs into product requirements and collaborate with Product/Engineering.
• Follow up with customers and internal teams throughout development.
