Job summary

Channel Fusion seeks a hands-on Chief Technology Officer to lead AI strategy, modernization, and architecture across the engineering organization. You will own tech readiness, security, and platform reliability while aligning technology with business outcomes.

In this role, you will manage distributed teams, drive AI-enabled delivery pilots, and establish a scalable, multi-tenant SaaS foundation with measurable metrics for cycle time, quality, and cost. This is a high-impact executive tech role.

Qualifications

• Personally designed and led the implementation of an AI-assisted software delivery system in a live engineering organization—able to discuss tools, workflow design, failure modes, and measurable before-and-after results.
• Track record modernizing legacy platforms while continuing to ship to live, paying clients.
• Experience leading distributed engineering organizations, including India-based teams.
• Able to connect technical investment decisions to business outcomes such as onboarding speed and release velocity.
• Deep knowledge of modern AI technologies (LLMs, tokenization, RAG, vector databases, GPU/cloud AI infra).

Responsibilities

• Own technology strategy, architecture standards, AI-enabled engineering transformation, cybersecurity, and platform-risk direction.
• Lead executive alignment with CEO and ELT, resolving cross-functional tradeoffs.
• Establish an operating framework with real-time visibility into output and economics.
• Direct the CTO, Head of Engineering, and VP, Cloud Security & Client Delivery across engineering delivery, cloud ops, security, and compliance.
