About this Position

The AI Creative Technologist is a hands‑on builder who turns emerging AI capabilities into high‑quality content, prototypes, and repeatable workflows for Team One and its clients. Reporting to the Head of AI Transformation, this exempt role supports Lexus and the Lexus Dealer Association and works across Creative, Design, Production, Product, and Technology to improve exploration, craft, speed, and scale while keeping human judgment and brand standards in control. The role also partners with Product and Technology to move successful prototypes toward secure, reliable implementation. The position is open to any of the Team One Offices in Los Angeles, New York, Dallas.

What You’ll Do

• Create and refine AI-generated content across image, video, animation, audio, copy, design, and emerging formats for concepts, presentations, campaigns, prototypes, and production.


• Turn briefs and workflow needs into reusable prompts, model configurations, templates, agents, interfaces, automations, and lightweight applications; design end‑to‑end workflows with reviews, approvals, exception paths, and clear points for human judgment and craft.


• Evaluate and benchmark tools for quality, controllability, production readiness, and fit; recommend when to use, combine, configure, or build.


• Partner with Creative, Design, and Production to identify high‑value use cases, turn promising concepts into viable deliverables, and support client demonstrations, pitches, and AI‑enabled offerings.


• Coach teams on active assignments and create reusable prompts, templates, guides, training, and demonstrations that help others adopt effective AI workflows.


• Test solutions with internal and client users, synthesize feedback, and run recurring creative benchmarks to improve usefulness, adoption, output quality, speed, consistency, and workflow fit.


• Partner with Product, Technology, IT, Security, Legal, and Production on integrations, deployment, monitoring, scale, privacy, intellectual property, brand safety, compliance, and responsible use; maintain standards and document reusable patterns that improve reliability and release readiness.

What You Bring

• Five or more years of experience in creative technology, experience design, interactive design or development, design, production, emerging technology, or a related agency or product role; agency or production experience and a bachelor's degree are preferred.


• Required hands‑on experience creating AI‑enabled creative content, tools, prototypes, or workflows, plus a portfolio or reel that demonstrates creative judgment, prototyping ability, and technical fluency; comfortable presenting work in progress to internal and client stakeholders.


• Strong creative judgment and hands‑on fluency in at least two creative AI modalities, with broad working knowledge of the wider generative AI ecosystem.


• Ability to prototype with design tools, lightweight code, APIs, or approved low‑code/no‑code platforms, along with human‑centered workflow and interaction‑design skills across reviews, approvals, exception handling, and user testing.


• Strong problem‑solving, storytelling, facilitation, stakeholder‑management, and project‑management skills; comfortable with ambiguity and multiple concurrent projects. Working knowledge of privacy, intellectual property, provenance, brand safety, and responsible AI, with the ability to document work for reuse. Senior‑level candidates typically bring experience leading ambiguous cross‑functional initiatives, setting standards, mentoring others, and representing the work with clients and leaders.

Compensation Range: USD $109,044.00 - USD $125,424.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
