Job summary

Team One Usa Inc in New York is seeking an AI Creative Technologist to turn emerging AI capabilities into high‑quality content, prototypes, and repeatable workflows for Team One and its clients. You will collaborate across Creative, Design, Production, Product, and Technology to improve exploration, speed, and scale while upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in creative technology or related field.
• Hands-on experience creating AI-enabled content, tools, prototypes, or workflows.
• Portfolio demonstrating technical fluency and creative judgment.

Responsibilities

• Create and refine AI-generated content across image, video, animation, audio, copy, design, and emerging formats.
• Turn briefs into reusable prompts, templates, and end-to-end workflows with reviews and human checks.
• Evaluate tools for quality and production readiness; recommend configurations.
• Partner with teams to identify high-value use cases and support client demonstrations.
• Coach teams and create reusable prompts, guides, and demonstrations for adoption of AI workflows.
• Test solutions with users, collect feedback, and improve output quality and speed.
