Job summary

HH Global is seeking a high-caliber Creative Producer to lead an always-on creative production engine for a premier global technology client in the AI space. You will oversee end-to-end production of digital assets and drive AI-enabled efficiency in a fast-paced, digital-first environment.

The role combines strategic operational leadership with hands-on execution, coordinating with global teams across markets and time zones to ensure high-quality, scalable creative outputs.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of progressive creative production leadership in fast-paced agency or in-house studio serving global tech brands.
• Deep understanding of the entire video and digital production workflow, from pre-production through final delivery.
• Experience integrating AI and generative tools into commercial production workflows.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to articulate production needs and technical specs to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• High-Volume Digital Asset Production: Omnichannel execution of static, motion graphics, video assets across social, display, and rich media with strict QA and brand compliance.
• Client Stakeholder Engagement & Management: Serve as primary production contact for global marketing teams and PMMs, with regular status updates and risk mitigation.
• Localization & Version Management: Coordinate asset launches across 20+ markets and languages, manage copy adaptation, versioning, and DAM governance.
• AI & Automation Integration: Identify and implement AI tools to accelerate production, automate repetitive tasks, and optimize performance of AI-generated creative.
