Qualifications

• 8+ years of creative operations, production, or account management experience with top-tier agencies or in-house studios at a global tech company.
• Deep expertise in producing modern content ecosystems and large-scale campaigns, with AI-enabled workflows.
• Proficiency with Asana and Google Suite; Canva for Enterprise for scalable asset production.
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders at working and executive levels.
• Get-things-done mindset; thrives in ambiguity and solves problems creatively.

Responsibilities

• Drives flawless execution and production of global brand campaigns across channels.
• Manages end-to-end production lifecycle for the annual modern marketing plan.
• Develops and manages production timelines, project plans, and budgets, identifying risks and removing roadblocks.
• Leads the internal creative studio operations and daily stand-ups to keep work moving.
• Partners with Product Marketing, Media, Events & Comms to refine strategic briefs.
• Leads operational execution for integrated, global campaigns ensuring consistency.
