Job summary

With at least 5 years in Creative or Marketing Operations, strong familiarity with Monday.com, and an aptitude for emerging technologies, you will drive team efficiency and collaboration across various marketing functions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Creative Operations, Marketing Operations, Program Management, or similar roles.
• Experience working closely with in-house creative teams, including Brand, Design, Video, Web, or Content organizations.
• Advanced experience with Monday.com, including workflows, automations, dashboards, forms, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve creative intake, prioritization, planning, and delivery processes.
• Support capacity planning, resource allocation, workload balancing, and production forecasting.
• Identify opportunities to streamline operations through AI and automation.
