• Experience working closely with in-house creative teams, like Brand and Design.
• Advanced experience with Monday.com, including workflows and reporting.

• Own and continuously improve creative intake, prioritization, and delivery processes.
• Support capacity planning, resource allocation, and workload balancing.
• Identify opportunities to streamline operations through AI and automation.
