Job summary

Content Creators in New York seeks a contract motion designer who blends traditional and generative AI skills. You will work independently from briefs, manage multiple concurrent projects, and meet deadlines without sacrificing quality.

You will collaborate with the Founder/CEO, Creative team, and Product to design and animate for launches and campaigns, while integrating AI tools and building scalable workflows. This is a three-month contract with extension potential.

Qualifications

• Motion design across brand film, product marketing, and social video.
• Hands-on with traditional, 3D, programmatic, and generative AI tools.
• Sound design and color grading skills.
• Strong timing, spacing, easing, and composition in animation.
• Ongoing AI skill development including context engineering and agent orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, and animate for product launches, social content, campaigns, etc.
• Establish a tiered output model for launches and rapid clips, and decide which tier to use.
• Design and specify product motion including onboarding, UI states, and transitions.
• Integrate AI tools and agentic workflows into production processes.
• Apply prompt and context engineering for repeatable, on-brand output from generative models.
• Influence FLORA's motion system timing, easing, and sound treatment.
• Stay updated with generative model releases and bring useful tools to the team.
