Legion, a remote‑first company, seeks a Creative Director to lead brand design, art direction, and AI‑native creative across high‑growth tech, AI, and B2B markets in the US. You will set the creative bar and ship top‑priority work hands‑on.

You’ll build modular systems, templates, and prompts; lead a flexible bench of designers; and partner with Marketing, Product, and sales to scale brand storytelling while maintaining quality and compliance with security requirements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in creative, brand design, or related fields.
• Portfolio showing range across brand, campaign, web, social, and product storytelling.
• Daily, advanced use of AI in the creative process.
• Experience building, hiring, and managing a freelance or contractor bench.
• Hands-on motion and video production skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a high ownership style.

Responsibilities

• Set the creative bar across brand, web, campaigns, events, social, video, and sales materials, and personally design and produce the highest-priority work.
• Translate complex AI, agent orchestration, edge, and national security concepts into clear, credible visual systems.
• Partner with Federal Marketing, Demand Marketing, and Product Marketing on demand generation and launches.
• Build modular campaign systems, landing pages, social assets, email graphics, and collateral that scale.
• Lead a flexible bench of freelance designers and contractors.
