This fully remote role requires strong communication, proactive risk management, and the thoughtful use of AI to streamline workflows while preserving quality and client relationships across branding,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant project management experience in agency or creative environment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and risk management.
• Ability to translate client objectives into clear project plans and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead creative projects end-to-end across branding, campaigns, websites, and digital experiences.
• Turn business goals into actionable project plans with structured workflows.
• Guide the right creative team by coordinating resources and priorities.
• Lead client conversations, manage expectations, and present updates.
• Conduct quality control to ensure deliverables meet client goals and standards.
• Keep projects moving by monitoring schedules, budgets, dependencies, and risks.
• Use AI thoughtfully to streamline planning, documentation, and workflows.
