Designity is remote with six hours of overlap with U.S. Eastern Time, enabling collaboration across brands and campaigns while maintaining high standards and accountability.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant creative experience with 3+ years in leadership.
• Portfolio across branding, visual comms, digital experiences, motion, or integrated campaigns.
• High attention to branding consistency and detail.
• Ability to translate complex business challenges into clear strategies.
• Strong English communication for client conversations and briefs.

Responsibilities

• Set the creative vision across multiple clients and project types.
• Turn business goals into emotionally resonant creative concepts.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and guide client conversations.
• Review concepts for strategic relevance, originality, and quality.
• Mentor junior talent and strengthen team judgment.
