Jampack AI in New York City is seeking an Operations Strategist to bridge customer discovery, implementation, and success. You will help define how AI-driven automations enhance the wholesale order-to-invoice lifecycle for leading CPG brands.

You'll collaborate with customers and engineers, mapping operations to automation opportunities, owning end-to-end projects, and translating needs into actionable requirements. This is the first hire in this function, reporting to the CEO and CTO.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of operations at a fast-growing CPG brand or equivalent
• Experience with ERP, EDI, WMS, IMS and integration patterns
• Hands-on AI for automating CPG workflows with tools like Claude or Codex
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Ability to manage multiple customer implementations

Responsabilités

• Lead discovery with prospective and current customers—mapping operations and workflows for automation impact
• Coordinate between customers and engineering during implementation, translating needs into clear requirements
• Own end-to-end implementation project management: scoping, timelines, milestones, status
• Provide ongoing post-launch customer support and issue resolution
• Offer strategic input to optimize systems and workflows beyond digitizing current-state
• Feed learnings back to engineering and product to shape the roadmap
• Drive an automations-first mindset to push for next steps to automate
