Qualifications

• 3+ years in forward deployed, solutions, or implementation engineering, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
• Comfortable with APIs, data models, SQL, and debugging integrations.
• Ability to untangle interconnected people, process, and technology problems.

Responsibilities

• Own customer onboarding end to end across CPG customer base.
• Embed with operators to map full purchase-order-to-cash workflow.
• Build and troubleshoot integrations across various systems.
• Translate operational requirements into data models and configurations.
• Be the technical bridge between customers and engineering.
