Jampack AI in New York City is seeking a founding product engineer toOwn the product’s look, feel, and frontend execution from concept to production. You’ll shape interfaces for wholesale workflows and partner with the backend team to deliver polished, AI-enabled experiences for real customers.

You might be a designer who codes or an engineer who designs. You’ll work directly with the CEO and CTO, learning from customers and iterating rapidly to make complex tasks calm, fast, and intuitive.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience designing and building products at fast-growing startups.
• Exceptional UI/UX taste with a clear design point of view.
• Ability to design and build frontend production interfaces.
• Thoughtful systems thinking across components and interactions.
• Initiative and follow-through to take ideas to working product.
• Curiosity about AI experiences and how agents can act for users.

Responsibilities

• Own experiences from first sketch to production, shipping the frontend.
• Make complex workflows feel simple by clear interfaces and guidance.
• Discover how users should work with agents and test interaction patterns.
• Build foundations for consistent craft with reusable components.
• Work directly with customers to incorporate feedback into delivery.
