Responsibilities include developing AI-enabled templates, auditing output for accuracy and bias, and providing day-to-day legal support across cross-functional teams. The role combines strategic contract work with practical risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Ability to use AI for legal research, contract analysis, or document review.
• Able to work proactively, independently, meet deadlines, and deliver on projects.
• Experience advising business teams to support strategy, negotiation and execution of commercial contracts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain AI-enhanced contract templates, training materials, SOPs for contracting processes, and track metrics.
• Drive AI-enabled solutions across the legal team and supported businesses.
• Draft, negotiate, and manage commercial agreements using AI-powered tools.
• Identify risks/gaps in contracts using AI auditing methods and advise on mitigations.
• Provide routine legal support on contract reviews, negotiations, marketing materials review, compliance questions, disputes and new initiatives.
