Job summary

Amazon is seeking an AI-native Program Manager to transform how legal work gets done by building, deploying, and maintaining AI-powered automation tools. You will design working AI agents and no-/low-code workflows, collaborating with lawyers and business teams to drive adoption and measurable time savings.

You read processes to identify automation opportunities, ship tools that truly reduce manual effort, and continuously iterate to maximize impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• 2+ years of driving process improvements experience.
• Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field.
• Knowledge of general AI tools.
• Experience designing, implementing, and scaling upskilling, apprenticeship, or workforce development programs across large-scale operations or corporate environments, including forecasting workforce needs and leveraging analytics to drive program decisions.
• Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization.
• Hands-on experience building automation workflows using AI tools (chatbots, LLM agents, workflow automation platforms, no-code builders, or equivalent)
