Job summary

Trulioo is seeking a hands-on Continuous Improvement & AI Intelligence Automation Lead to guide enterprise process optimization and automation across the organization. You will partner with leaders to build ROI-driven business cases and deliver measurable operational impact.

This role balances strategic roadmap ownership with hands-on execution, requiring strong analytical capability and fluency in automation technologies.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in continuous improvement or automation leadership or transformation roles.
• Proven success leading process redesign and measurable performance improvements.
• Hands-on experience with automation and AI-enabled solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
• Map current-state processes across Operations, Customer Success, Compliance, Sales, Finance, and Engineering.
• Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, risk exposures, and scalability constraints.
• Redesign workflows to improve cycle time, quality, cost efficiency, and compliance.
• Define KPIs and dashboards to measure improvements.
• Oversee automation initiatives from discovery to deployment.
