Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in continuous improvement, automation leadership or transformation roles.
• Proven success in process redesign and measurable performance gains.
• Hands‑on experience with major automation tools listed.
• Familiarity with AI‑driven automation and modern analytics.
• Strong SDLC understanding and experience in tech/SaaS environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise‑wide continuous improvement initiatives using Lean/Six Sigma.
• Map and redesign processes across multiple business units.
• Identify bottlenecks, risks, and scalability constraints for optimization.
• Define KPIs and dashboards to measure improvements over time.
• Oversee automation deliverables from discovery to deployment; govern lifecycle.
